Nancy C. Norton, O.D.
Dr. Nancy Norton, Optometric Physician at Tri-City City Vision Center, is a Northeast Tennessee native with 30 years of experience. Dr. Norton earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee in 1984. In 1988 Dr. Norton attained her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. She has been associated with Tri-City Opticians and Vision Center and worked in east Tennessee and southwest Virginia since that time. Dr. Norton is known by her patients for her sincerity and individualized attention.
Graham Taylor, O.D.
Dr. Graham Taylor joins the practice of Vision Source of Newport, TN on June 22, 2020. He is a native of Memphis and graduated high school in Cordova from Evangelical Christian School in the class of 2009. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Mississippi with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Chemistry while fulfilling membership duties in the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Dr. Taylor graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2020 receiving his Doctor of Optometry Degree. While at SCO he was a member of the Omega Delta Fraternity. He trained at SCO then during his 4th and final year he trained during externships at Vision Source of Newport, The Eye Center in Memphis, and Mountain Home VAMC in Johnson City, TN. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking, hunting, fishing, and training for his first Iron Man Triathlon 140.6. Help us welcome him to our Newport and Greeneville location at the Tri-City Vision Center.
